Hi, thanks for the response. We actually use MAT to connect to Mail so is already on a PC but I'm having trouble using the capture function - it just captures the text on the screen and is not really usable.
How do you do this? Ideally I would like to be able to run a report on voicemail box...
Does anyone know of a way of generating reports in Meridian Mail without having to use a dot matrix printer hooked up to the TTY? I.e. a piece of software?
Have investigated Meridian Mail Reporter from Nortel but is much too expensive to justify?
I am having problems with transferring calls to Symposium controlled CDNs from our attendant.
The attendant has problems releasing the call and it defaults to the ACD queue when he does release it.
Have tried inserting a dummy ACD queue in front of the CDN but this still does not work...
Are you using Meridian mail for your automated attendant?
If so in the menus there is a revert DN which is probably set to 0 for your operator.
If the call can't reach the extn in the menu it will prob use the revert DN.
