We have a failed BCM50 and need to use our spare unit. This forces us to use a new system ID. Is there a way to use our existing keycode or do we have to purchase a new one? Are they still available?

Never lost the displays all at the same time. We have been moving quite a few sets lately and have noticed several defective. Over the past year or so we have had many conplaints of broken characters in the displays.
puTTY Rel 0.58 worked (with the auto login username CPSID1110) as described, returning a few jumbled characters, then after pressing Enter I had the normal prompt. I tried this on another computer running puTTY rel 0.60 and it worked without getting those first jumbled characters. So rel 0.60 it...

I used the answer DN to set up a key on each set with the number of the other set. Both phones ring and the call can be answered from either set. The customer is satisfied. Great! Thanks!
I'm trying to satisfy a customer who works in two locations in the same building and wants to have identical phones in each place. Should I set up a key on each set with the number of the other set? What is the prefered configuration?
This is a BCM50 ver 9.0.1.22.524 with model 1220 ip sets.
I have an Opt 61C Rel 25.4 and two PRI links to the Telco C.O. Our main directory number is now displayed but we would like to add the Company Name for all outgoing calls.
I can see how the CLID works for the numerical info but where can I add the Company name?
The intent was to change PW01 and add a username "BDE"
