I don't know much about computers & windows only programming. In the task manager, services.exe is taking up the whole cpu. I'm really not sure what ur asking.- nkosii

I have this exact problem. Services.exe is taking up 99% of the computer. Norton Auto protect is not starting up. Is this a virus?- nkosii
