What do you consider a lot of fonts? Because some users have 300+ fonts in their system folder. Which i have heard is bad. We currently do use ATM. Is there a certian number of fonts that should be active at a time? Is it better for a program to manage the fonts instead of the system folder?

Question. Are there any free programs that detect bad or damaged fonts? Also, what are the good reliable programs that do this?

I have a question.  Is it possible to share an application from a server?  Meaning install it on a server, and have people run that program from the server?  Can this be done in Windows 2000 server?

could it be the NIC Card??? can you access the router from the computer?? switched cables?? if u use the exact same stuff as you do with the pc(port, cable) and u still get 169, it may be the card. have you tried setting the ip staticly?? try that, you should however be able to access the...

you might try deleting the tcp/ip preferences. if not could be the port on the router or the cable. try switching ports and or cables.
