With the Avaya IP Office 500 is there anyway for me to create a report for each VPN phone on our system showing all calls made for the month? It could even be just one report showing all calls from each extension if an individual report for each VPN phone isn't possible. Thanks for any help.

Ha, these damn VPN phones can be a real pain in the butt sometimes. QoS is pretty much a joke, they always seem to fade in and out or the caller at one end can't hear the other caller. The price of bleeding edge maybe?

What doesn't make sense is that it works fine in 2003 so is this just a bug in 2007 that MS will have to fix someday?

Well if they give me a legitimate license I would think I'd be OK. I would think if some of the big dealers on EBay that are selling them are illegal that Symantec would have busted them by now.

I really don't need their support since Symantec bought Veritas the support has really gone down hill. I just don't want to get burned on licensing since this is for my work.

I see some big dealers selling the software for really cheap so I was thinking about buying but I just wanted to know if anyone else has and if I'll have any problems with licensing? I'm looking at version 11 or newer and what I've found is it looks like it's a CD with the key for pretty cheap...
