Re-phrasing the last question a bit.... Can I use the ICI keys to take overflow/more traffic from Loop Keys? I have 3 console operators. If all 6 Loop keys are active, can I have more Loop calls roll to ICI keys? Lastly, can I program more than one route on a Loop key? Thanks very much.

I moved an opt. 11c and consolidated equipment from 3 cabinets to 2. I have removed the fiber connector from the SSC board, outted all the line cards, but can't find where to out the cabinet in software. I am running rls.24.24. Thanks!
