MAC InDesign 2.0 to InDesign CS for PC

MAC InDesign 2.0 to InDesign CS for PC
Thanks for the guide Carlow, Unfortunately I still cant beleive this... because my local charity called Shishukunj, have bought a legal copy, as I loaded that myself from CDS...Would I need to go to Adobe and ask why this has happend? I found the CS2 version whilst rummaging through the cupboards.- Nindy

Hi there Wonder if anywone can help me... I created a 96 page publication in Indesign 2.0 on PC (Approx size 350MB). I then tried to create a PDF pre-press CMYK file and this only produced upto P64. the remaining pages were thenm blank...yet the document had graphics and contents on it... I...- Nindy
