Dialing out via the dial out using the US/UK trunk instead would be the best option but to be honest to 100% sure how to configure this as we have no Avaya kit in the UK and US offices.

Our PABX is based in New Zealand but we have offices in the US and the UK. These users can receive local as we have SIP trunks with local US and UK numbers.
The problem is that when the users in the US and UK make calls they are coming from New Zealand and therefore they can't make local...
