If my other solution did not work try this. Suppress the page footer section as a test and try the export. If it exports okay check things like special fields in the fields list box. I found that there was a special field (page #) checked off which means it is in the report, but I could not see...- NickDeSt

I have had this problem also. It is not just a matter of going from portrait to landscape. If the report was landscape and you switch to portrait you have to make sure that ALL objects are resized to fit the report display.
