In AUDIX you could setup a subscribers' vm box to answer, give a greeting and not allow a caller to leave a vm message. How do you accomplish this in a Modular Messaging subscriber’s vm box?

I do not know enough about IP Agent - yet, so this may be an off-base/stupid question. Is there a way to determine, via call accounting or CMS, when and if an IP Agent is logging in from there desk (in the office) or from home using a hard phone of their IP softphone?

I looked more carefully and the last line of your example does not follow the rest. May be a typo. Example shows: R015x.01.2.416.4 = CM 5.0, should it not read CM=5.1?
