The only extensions we use are 10-14. Following your guidance that means that x15 to x20 would be voicemail, or as you say counting backwards x20 to x15. To go back a step; which module/card do you recommend we try this on? Should this be tried on the new module/old two port card that answers...

Hello, thank you for your response. We did put the new card in the new module but when pressing intercom 777 it just rings continuously not allowing us to get into the programming. Thoughts?

Hi, we have had a perfectly functioning partner mail vs R5.0 working for the last two years or so but one day the voice mail stopped working for unknown reasons (no lightning or power failures that we know of). When hitting intercom 777 we would only get a busy signal. We tried rebooting it...
