If your searching for accounts or contacts in outlook and none exist, but when searching for accounts or contacts in CRM it exist. Why is there a descrepency there?
I am trying to create tickler for reoccuring events so emails will be sent out when it gets closer to that event, what's the best way to set it up so all or certain contacts in CRM will get the email reminder?
For contact X, I input notes in outlook, and now I ran out of space. Any new notes I need to input will truncate the oldest notes from bottom up. How do I expand the notes field to fit more character?
I enter a new contact X through outlook and save it then push it to CRM. When a different user logs on and searches for contact X they can't find that contact. What am I doing wrong?
