Hi, My table has the production data from 3 months. I want to see only the last 20 shifts. The table can include any number of months so the shift count is not the same. So far i am able to sort the shifts decending, I just want to pick the top 20. Suggestion? Thanks

I have a macro in Access 2002 that has 2 steps. Step1 launches an external application which creates a text file. Step2 opens that file for viewing. I want the second step to run after 60seconds of the first one being launched! Otherwise the maro opens the old file!! Any Ideas???
