    Getting field text to line up to form lines.

    I am using Acrobat 5. Two ways I can see solving this, but don't see how to do either one... Problem: I have a Word document (not allowed to alter) that has been converted to PDF and I am adding fields to it. Several sections are entry areas where multiple lines are given to provide answer...
