    ...and rename the local copy of the ctel.bin, ctel.sys, and setup.mdb. launch the app again, let it re-copy all the databases that you just renamed, shake your lucky rabbits foot, and you should be okay.

    might want to check your memory usage with task/perfmon. i had to increase memory to 512mb on a workstation already at 256mb to clear it up.
