Hi Folks, I've been tasked to find away to gather all the info from our 50 servers. I need to find some piece of software that will poll each machine for it's driver versions, and cpu, memeory, and the such. Theres alot more I need, but if anyone has any ideas please reply. Thanks.

I've issued the term mon command, and im not seeing any errors. MTU is set to 1492, it won't let me set it any higher on on the virtual interface, or the dialer interface. Still seeing the same behaviour. The adsl modem is a Comtrend CT-301 an dis 10 meg

Update: I switched out the switch for a dumb 10 meg hub....no change, still can't get to some internet pages. not sure what else to try.

Yup it is just a simple (or it should be) connection. Just trying to get more then one pc on the internet at home. Thanks for your help.

some of that was just me playing around, trying diff things. I've removed all my access-lists until I can figure this out. I'll check on the encapsulation from my provider.

No proxy.. just the client----Hub---1605r----DSL modem. DNS is what I was thinking too, but I tried a few different ones, with the same result. Any other idea?

OK, this is weird. I hope someone can shed some light on this. Like I said in my previous post there are some web sites that I can't reach....If I connect to my work's vpn through the 1605R, I can reach those sites that I can't reach without the vpn connection. (scratching my head) Whats going...
