HP printer settings are always over-ridden by network program settings and many users think tray 1 is the first in the bank ( usually headed paper) not the by-pass tray. Send 'em an e.mail so they know.
After a network SP upgrade one of the 4200 printers on the network went into slow mode instead of high speed printing. This was rectified by going into the resets menu and selecting 'restore factory settings'. Why this happened on just one printer is unknown.
Have had one of the exit guides come out of position or broken. Open fusr door and check for two black guides. Better still just replace the fuser as the early morning scenario suggests it is running too hot.
