They are COS 9, which has the same interval and retries as 1.
We currently have 25 users. Sorry but I am a newbie. Are ports the same as lines? If so we have 7. If not, where can I check to see?

I have users that checked their voice mail at 5pm and have none. Then in the morning they check their messages and have one from 3:30pm from the day before. Whats up?
I checked the obvious, and the VM time is correct.

thanks for the quick reply. I am new to the phone thing. I do know that we have 3 digit DN's, but I dont know what version MICS 4.0 software I have, how can I tell?
I did look in my manuals and dont see any mention of "hunt group" or "broadcast mode".
The other idea I had...
I have my tree working ok, except one of the blind transfers to an extension needs to ring at 3 extensions so someone can answer it. Is there a way to do it?
