I checked my wiring by hooking my phone tester up to the punched down lines and i get a dial tone. But the KSU show 8 lines in the status update in the config menu. Thanks for the info. I tried that and still no luck. Do you know the programming that makes the ksu see the new phone line. OR does the ksu need to be powered down in order for the new line to show up in the system?- ncscorona

I am trying to add two new external phone lines to my Nortel Meridian 8x24 KSU. Is there any programming that can tell my ksu to recognize these two new phone lines? Any help will be appreciated Thanks in advanced!- ncscorona
