Ink smears on pages randomly. Is not consistent to particular page being printed, internal or otherwise. Ink is smeared from top to bottom of words or pictures, sometimes worse than others. Any ideas would be appreciated!

13,008.47 is present as well as 11,009.46, and 4,018.48.

Have a customer with an 8400 and error code 07,007.40. After powering down and back up, I can't get it to do anything out of the ordinary. They say when it happens they power it down and comes right back to the same error code. Anyone with any ideas on this one?

Prints in bluish tint. Internal prints are too blue. Tried resetting color calibration to factory defaults, resetting NVRAM, updating firmware, replacing cartridges, etc. Nothing helps! Anyone have any other ideas?

It has optional 3rd tray. When printing from printer, such as config page or anything else, it prints from tray 3 which is loaded with letterhead. Tray 2 is loaded with plain paper and this is setup correctly in the paper setup section on the front panel. Isn't tray 2 the default tray? Also...
