Ordered Ram from crucial yesterday and it was delivered today. Installed and works perfectly.
Shall go to Crucial first in the future.
Don't think the reseller of the Kingston RAM is going to give me a refund, but that is another problem.

After installing a new Motherboard, an ASUS A7V8V-MX. I connected my Lexmark Z35 USB Printer. The motherboard has USB 2.0 ports with drivers for it installed where as the printer is USB 1. When attempting to setup printer or print it comes up with "Communication Error" even thought the system...
Problem solved.
Put the AGP card in and the first time the monitor was blank. Took out AGP card then updated my BIOS from the internet. Tried it again and it worked.
Despite what the manual says about disabling the share ram in the BIOS. The bios only gave me options of 16, 32 and 64MB...

I recently purchased an Asus A7V8X-MX Motherboard to upgrade one of my systems to Athlon XP. The motherboard has a graphics card as part of it. I, however, already own an Asus AGP Geforce Graphics card that is superior to the intergrated one. I had to boot the system without the AGP card...
Another question. I have had am e-mail from Kingston suggesting PC100 RAM instead. As mine already has PC133 RAM can you mix PC100 and PC133? Crucial's website suggested PC133 for my motherboard.

I have tried the new one on its own. The computer doen't even boot properly with it. I just got a blank screen.
Will send Kingston back and see if I fair better with Crucial.

AMD Athlon 1.3GHZ, 384MB PC133 SDRAM (128 and 256 CL3). Motherboard GA-7IXE4.
Recently bought new memory (PC133 128MB RAM CL3) to take it up to 512MB (Motherboard capable of 768 but under ME only allowed 512). I bought Kingston as thought as it is retail would be more reliable...
