So, the CLID is correct, (now). Still no outgoing or incoming calls. Same errors on both.
I can see the tester's 5-digits when he makes a call to one of my DID's, but get the same "CAUSE :INCOMING CALL BARRED ".
I'm at a loss here.

The main reason I believe my programming is the problem is that this is a new PRI, new provider, new city, but outgoing calls still show the old 10-digit number as being the originating party.

I have moved one of our office locations with new DID's. I just got the PBX and the new circuit online. The PBX is configured to recieve 5-digits, and is receiving them, but gets barred.

He informed me that there were some switches on this card that required configuration. I am not very familiar with the physical construction of these cards. Is this correct?
