So, the CLID is correct, (now). Still no outgoing or incoming calls. Same errors on both. I can see the tester's 5-digits when he makes a call to one of my DID's, but get the same "CAUSE :INCOMING CALL BARRED ". I'm at a loss here.

Awesome info. Thanks. The main reason I believe my programming is the problem is that this is a new PRI, new provider, new city, but outgoing calls still show the old 10-digit number as being the originating party. Thanks, Nathan
