"File does not exist error" when clicking on a link.
I had the "There was an error opening this document. The file does not exist." error. Uninstalled Acro Reader 7 and reinstalled and it started working, but for how long who knows? Ah...good 'ol job security...- nastyned

False error message suggesting cartridges are missing
I have the same printers with the same problem. The only solution (other than new Cartridge) I have found is to take the lil gold contacts off an old cartridge and stick them over the contacts on the new (bad) cartridge. Wish HP would address this issue.- nastyned
