    Hi Ken, It now appears that it's a Centrex issue - when zeroing out to 7D cellular it works. When changed to 10D call can't be established but when we changed to toll free call established. We are now testing the Centrex. Thanks for your input ... appreciate your expertise.

    Hi Ken, Menu 6 is setup with 8pn. Menu 6.1 was setup as 7 digit. When we changed to 10 digit (for purposes of 10-digit dialling) we get "please try your call again".
