I am not to fond of scripting as I don't know nothing in it. However there is a wonderful tool called ADSI Edit which is located on your Windows 2000 Server CD-ROM. I am not sure if it is on WIN2k. It is called Support Tools. You should be able to find it on the CD-ROM. This tool will tie...
To Add GateWay and DNS Servers to DHCP follow these steps. Open up the DHCP Console.
Go to Scope Options, and right click and select configure options.
Take it from there, if you have a Router this should be your Gateway IP, type it in, DNS Servers scroll down a little.
This should solve...
If what CSCFWAdmin says does not work, yes you can copy the I386 to the C Drive. However you will still need to be able to boot up if you are using a brand new or reformatted hard drive. Also make sure you CD-ROM is a bootable type, some are not bootable if they are an older model. If you...

Also do I...
Thanks for all the replies
Bronto,
Can you elaborate on the DFS replication. I have setup DFS and have not gotten the success your mentioning. I created a DFS Root which was hosted on Server1. It is the D:\Data Share on Server1. After that I really don't know what to do. I know the DFS...

How can I utilize DFS to do this for me?
Thanks for the reply friends,
