I have a 3903 that when you use the speaker button the other person on the line can not hear me but I can hear them. This feature was working, I did replace phones and still the same problem. Below is the information for the phone in question, any help is appreciated.
DES 203
TN 023 0 00 02...
yes I know this now, i have taken the ndd out of the equation and just used cndd, dndd and cdcd. when I do this, I still get the caller id on the display
any other suggestions
we have a dispatch department that handles quite a few phone calls during the day, some of the department members are picking and choosing what numbers to pick up. The manager wants incoming caller id off of those phones so they won't be able to pick and choose who to answer.
I did...
I have found through these message board how to disable the incoming caller id on 3903 phones. However when I do this, the department can not see what number they are parking on the phone. is there a way to disable incoming caller id but have the park number show up.
Does anyone know how to remove caller id from 3903 phones. I need to do this only for a specific department.
i have put in the CLS - DNDD and CNDD but i still get the incoming number showing up in the display.
I would like to disable forward numbering allowed on a MCR number. Do i just add the FND to the DNB or do i have to add to all the TNBs of that number?
