Turns out the FE server wasn't resolving Server C's name. Added a quick host entry and everything was fine.

All my Exchange servers have Exchange Site replication service disabled. Can anyone point me in the direction of what the Exchange site replication service does? Is it needed? I'm curious as to why its been disabled. Thanks,

Has anything in your environment changed? How many Exchange servers are you running. I have had a similar issue when one of my 3 exchange servers crashed and computers were slow to get the replicas from the other servers.
