    Im running the same ISS server Version (6.0) the new website will be running on the same server as the old. The reason I ask is that the old website has virtual directories under it called "exchange and "exchweb" and the new one doesn't Does that help? Sorry if im being a wee bit dense here...

    Its obviously not best practice but I run exchange 2003 here on our PDC, and its no problem as long as your machines got a good amount of memory.
