My octel is 200. I have found my main greeting mail box and recorded a new greeting. The system is still playing the old message however. How do I get it to play the new recorded message? thanks

In my 61C I have 3 cot's ATDN to 7713. which is an ACD on site. I need to change the ATDN to 4529 which is a DN at another location. I can 4 digit dial the ext 4529 from my phone and the call completes fine. The switch does not allow me to change the ATDN to a number which is not on site...
