I have the 500 set wired to a TN not the COT.
The 500 set tn will be configured with hot d to a monitoring center
I have to build an elevator emergency phone dedicated to a single line trunk. I dont know what to set at the station TN to only use this trunk.

I have found my main greeting mail box and recorded a new greeting. The system is still playing the old message however.
How do I get it to play the new recorded message?

My company uses Octel for its auto attendant. I need to change the message. How would I know what the auto attendant mail box is? Its not identified in the listing. Is there a trace command I can use?

I'm having intermitant drop call / unable to place call issues with my Opt61c. My CSU/DSU is flashing occasional red net alarm. I have logged a call to the carrier and they are indicating no problem on their end. Where should I be looking.

In my 61C I have 3 cot's ATDN to 7713. which is an ACD on site. I need to change the ATDN to 4529 which is a DN at another location.
I can 4 digit dial the ext 4529 from my phone and the call completes fine.
The switch does not allow me to change the ATDN to a number which is not on site...
I seem to have no control over any TN's in my 4 1 x x shelf, as described below. I read some other topics referencing XPEC DSBL, but am still unsure what I need to do to correct this.
