Thanks so much for the links! I'm going to try to download now. I read in another forum on this site that by restoring from Backup Exec, people were able to get data from tapes backed up in ArcServe that would no longer restore sessions 2-4. I don't see any place to download backup exec 9. All I see is server editions and no place to download. Am I missing something. Also, no compression was used at all on backups. Thanks!!!- mwjoiner

I've read several forums about this error but no help has worked thus far. My client is using NT 4 and Arcserve 6.5. I've tried all patches but still get error when trying to restore data from tape.
