Watch TV through LCD Monitor
I am going to buy a small LCD monior and I want to be able to watch TV through it. Will I need to buy TV tuner for it? How will I change channels? Do i need to add any cards to my PC? etc. etc. etc. Im a novice with this stuff, as much info as possible would be cool. Thanks- mutly
