To Jaylek, NNAME parameter doesn't allow in BC10. This parameter comes with BC11.But you can change the default user's password by IOUAC:NAME=MDUSER,PSW=XXXX; in BC10

6417 can't intrude 5001. Because 5001 serv doesn't allow this. SERV=xx01xxxx is only set cat for initiating intrusion but doesn't open for intrusion. If you want to initiate an intrusion to 5001 change SERV=xx03xxxx. This will open 5001 for intrusion.

What kind of base station are you using? Did you update the firmware of the basestation as well?
