The other thing I wanted to try is placing the headset dock further away from my phone/computer, but I don't know how to extend the EU24 cord. Is an extension available for that?
While I can't say for sure that the problem is with the headset, without the headset the IP Phone is okay/fair, but terrible with the headset.

I'm not satisfied with my Plantronics AWH-75N wireless headset that I'm using with my remote IP VPN Phone (5621SW IP). To callers, it sounds like a lot of background noise.
