apex1x, yes i tried the on button but nothing will happen. i know there is power to the printer, i ohmed out the power adapter, the connecter at the printer. i pulled out the main logic board, and the key pad. they both ohmed out ok too. i don't want to spend money on something that may not be...- music1gary
