The version is Brightstor V9 for Windows 2000 Server. The server with the client is Windows 2003. There are no Dr Watson errors. We have had this software for more than 90 days so I cannot get support with out paying for it. Any help would be great.

Yes you will have to have a new domain (your AD Domain) which you will have to create a trust with to your live NT Domain. Then just create a user in AD Domain and select the user from you AD Domain.

Yes we are currently doing this right now in live working environment. We had a couple of problems with mailboxes so we exmerge 2 part to PST and deleted the mailbox then waited about 30 min before adding it back while selecting the user in the new domain. Hope this helps.

We have the IMC installed on the Exchange Server and DNS was all right since we could send e-mail just fine. I'll hold on to our domain name for now. Shutting down the Exchange services and restarting them fixed the problem.
