1616's some handsets in office are not getting the directory
Hi folks, Not a phone system guy but 'my circus, my monkeys' is in play. So the problem I have, all the phones in the office are Avaya 1616's. I was demonstrating to a user how they can quickly dial a user by using the contacts button only to find their contacts just allows them to list...- MTB - Tom
