Yea tried this but i couldn't get past the winxp logo....and the blue screen would appear..... I solved it by creating a win98se startup disk with fdisk for large capacity HD's booted with the floppy and formated the fecked drive....didn't lose anything important but it took me seven hours to...- msskrs

Registry_error 0x00000051
when i start my PC up it goes through the full bussiness of loading...get's to the winXp logo and the blue bar showing progress...it finishes and then a blue screen flashes up with "REGISTRY_ERROR 0x00000051" And stops the system....i have to power off to get the system to do anything. i...- msskrs
