Got it to work. I have internal IPs on the IIS server secondary NIC Just configured the path of the intranet to the IP address I assigned.

There is an option to Test Connection - both on the desktop software and within the Treo --- it tested successfully. I finally was able to get it to work however - it turned out that I had to perform a couple of upgrades to the Treo itself. Once that was completed the Treo worked fine. Thanks...

How do I disable Realtime.exe from a system? I did some research and only get what it is used for and/or the location in the registry however I do not want to delete that unless there is no other way to disable it. Thanks for any feedback

Thanks Furtunally - when I first migrated this user to my domain, I saved a copy of her .pst from when she moved from a POP account to my exchange box. If she can't find that email there I think she is out of luck. Thanks for your reply
