Unable to Load Dll (oci.dll)
Had similar problem with 9i client. Find the copy oci.dll and ociw32.dll from the appropriate .jar file to your oracle ...\bin folder. On my machine, running oracle 9i the .jar file was bin.1.2.jar in the installation folder...- mscc0001
