VZPRO - I'm not sure if I can clarify correctly... I can do basic administration(adds,moves,some changes) on the Meridian option11c. I am in a bind because the company that programmed the switch is now out of business, but let me try to elaborate... I have a document from when they originally...- mrush22

I have a meridian option 11c with Meridian mail... Currently we have a prompt maintenance ext. set up with the desired auto attendant message... Is there a way to add additional "greeting" prompts... Or do I have to re-record each time I want the greeting changed?- mrush22
