have you tried not letting it default to "auto" under the decimal paramenter, maybe changing it there would fix the problem.

I have created somethinga little more detailed but for the same type of purposes, but I did mine through crystal reports. You might try this, it is easier to parameter and alter fields.

Are you have the report do the grouping on the server? And to supress if no records? It could be an overall linking error.

why did you not just add the phone number from the customer master file table, that table will link up perfectly and allow you to just add the field.

you can download a proxidex driver and create a proper ODBC connection. it is different than the providex driver it comes with.

Yes but in sales order data entry, once that box is checked, you will be prompeted for your password to enter the sales order because they are on credit hold, and you must then chose to release or hold the order. THIS ONLY happens during the sales order entry.

You should be able to go into customer maintance and put that customer on credit hold. It is a box you check on main page. They every sales order will prompt you for an ok to release or hold.
