Modem and SCSI Host Adapter Conflict
changing the slot may help if your not comfortable mucking around with your PC main settings, the 1502 is a PNP ISA card, so just uncheck the "use automatic setting" and see if you can find an acceptable IRQ, PCI is much better for this sort of thing as IRQ can be shared, you might want to take...- MrPeter
