I have found out that the green black green three pin connector supplies power back to the power supply fan on older PS...so it is not nessisary on a new supply the fan gets the power internally... Thanks for the response.. E

I have tried to replace a HP power supply (bestec atx-1956D) with another power supply the new power supply doesn't have the P7 connector that the old one has 3 pin flat connector (Black Green Black) the new supply has 4 pin square with two yellows and two blacks...anyone know what the voltage...
