I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this question, but I couldn't find anywhere else...
I'm running a volunteer program for biology observations in a long-running study, so we want at least one volunteer on all the time, but don't need many at any given time. I would like to...
I have a Dell Latitude running XP Pro on a Microsoft Network. I have two problems, and most likely they're related.
1. When I plug my ethernet cable into the docking station and use the machine, it will not recognize that there is any sort of network. This has happened with two different...
If he wants to share his files with a PC, he's got to go to System Preferences->Sharing and choose "Turn PC Sharing On." Then on your PC, you usually have to add the computer as a network place, (the mac will tell you what address to enter). Sometimes it's fickle and will take a little while...
I don't mind doing volunteer work, but my current problem with it is that I have no idea what state I may be living in within the next month, so I can't commit to anything remotely large, or anything that may have a maintainence component.

April 2003
April 2004
February 2003
January 2003
May 2003
May 2004
This only happens when I have many, many columns, but it's very...
