I found the problem! It was the setting "drop digit rcver for outgoing audio before ans setup" This was set to "not and according the the system help file, this should be set to yes for "calling card or credit card" phone calls.
As soon as I changed this it solved the problem.

I've tried calling the conference number from different ip phones and even our analog conference phone. They all produce the same result "invaild entry" yet, if I call from my cell phone it works...

Well, as far as I know we have not had issues with other auto attendants.
I did find that the trunks were set to have "auto inhibit until answer supervision" was set to yes. I disabled this and I still get the same results... Do I need to reboot the system? If so, that will occur tonight...
The trunks are connected to a T1. I've called my telco service provider and had them check the lines and test from their end and they can't find anything.
The strange thing is that this is the only symtom. There are no other dialing problems that I'm aware of....

You might want to consider Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook. If your a Passport customer, you get this free.
This will allow you to use outlook as your email client.
Be warned though, Dominio Access for Outlook does not work with Outlook 2003 yet.

We are currently running v4.0.52. I'm trying to get my vendor out to upgrade us.... but as I mentioned before, they know less then I do about this system!
It goes to the hunt mbx. I'll try removing the multi-call and see what happens. I hope removing the multi-call does not hinder conferencing, as they use that a lot too.

Yes we are using the embeded voicemail. When you call the hunt group directy it rings the first person in the hunt group list, even when they are on the phone. (multi-call is set up on the phones) Then if they don't answer it goes to voicemail.
