I have a Intuity Audix with Lodging 4.2. We use a data moduel 7400D to connect PBX to VM. The MWL is working for Audix but not for Lodging.
what could it be ? Please help. Urgent.

I was trying out the command "mark port xxxxxxx" and when i do a list conf of that board, the port shows up as "u". I believe this ports becomes un-usable.
How do you i get it back to work. I was trying it out on a good port. Is this port not usable forever ?

Thanks for all the help. I was also refering other sources and as Warper mentioned the "None" on the Mutilple Call Handling did the trick. It was on "on-request", i changed it to "none", and it worked.

There is no Agent Login Ids. I use them as extensions within a hunt group. Calls are routed to the hunt group based on the call.
