No Problem, just high light the data you want, even if it is all the sheet, do a copy and past it into a new doc or workbook. The problem is that there is junk data you can't see on your page. This can come from a disk getting old or just happens.- mrbrb

At start-up, Word loads several templates. You could have a bad template that is having a problem loading. If this is the case, de-install Word and then delete the office dir. it was in. A de-install will not remove the templates you must do it by hand. Then re-install, you now have a true new...- mrbrb
