Hi, I'm using ACT! 2000 and I would like to set it up so that whenever a new contact is entered, it alerts the user of duplicates (if they exist). Does anybody have an idea how to do that? I'd love to learn about it. Thanks. -mow

Thanks for your reply. I have found a way around this problem though. Since ACT! has no problems printing regular Word docs... I created a Word document template from ACT! - same size as my envelope. And that prints envelopes just fine. I also get to preview my envelope document. I do hope...

thanks. i was only using the quotes to reference my line of code. it's just objConn.Open strConnect that line has worked quite well for me. then i copy the entire ASP file to another location, try to run it, and then it only runs sometimes. do you think it might be a problem with the IIS? -mow
