Is it possible to define a buttons funcionality on the _root timeline's actionscript, even though that button is located within a movieclip.
For Example:

To do it well you need a program like Adobe Streamline or Corel Trace. There will still be some worg getting the graphic professional looking. The best results usually come from doing it the longway.

Depending on what version your using it should keep the stroke. Or you can duplicate the line prior to typing (having pasted it behind the line you wish to type on).

TURN OFF COLOR MANAGING!!!
Your document is using embedded color. You will comtinue to have color problems with this and pdf will not always solve the problem. ICC is used for pros working in teams or on multi-platforms, you really don't need it on.

Simply draw an oval with the elipse tool, outlining your oval (making sure it has no style attributed to it) and apply a stroke to the path. You may also define a style for the elipse having it automatically stroke.

You need to turn off color correction or do some studying on collor correction. If you don't really know how to use it, it can really mess things up.

If its a vector shape you can change the style so it has a border. OOoorr...you could try simply duplicating the shape (or layer) on a layer below your current shape and expanding it slightly.
