Thanks for your suggestion Bmac50, I tried unchecking disconnect with no apparent result. I bit the bullet and removed the CD-Rom from the Device manager, restarted the computer and reinstalled the CD-Rom. I still get the same problem described above with exactly the same details.Is there any...- mooneemax
